Return : 

If you are not happy with the product - no worries - we have 3 days Exchange policy.  Only Unstitched Dress Materials can be returned or exchanged if informed on same day of delivery. 

-Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange. And return in the form of coupon code only (like credit note you get from malls) which you can use any time in future on our website or whatsapp us we can create order for you. 

-Return Shipping will be borne by the customer. 

-Readymade dress can't be exchanged due to Hygiene purpose. 

-No exchange available in Heavy Discount sale.

How to claim an exchange or return 

-You must have photographic proof of the product, which you need to whatsapp us on 7262092246 

Claim should be reported within same day of delivery. 

If your claim is accepted by us, you need to return product within 7 days of approval. 

-We will Arrange return pick up from your place. Delivery charges will be paid by customer around 150rs. 

Refund :

-Money Refund not available only exchange and credit note available.

Return Shipping Cost :

For all rerturns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover shipping for the new product. However, in case of returns due to a defective product, we will add an additional INR.100 to the selected mode of refund as compensation for your shipping cost
